Joseph has more than 23 years experience in the construction industry.
Beginning his association with EBS in 1997 as experienced engineer specializing in the design of civil projects, he has received recognition for his diligence and management skills through several promotions to his current position.
Joseph has witnessed all stages of the company's growth since its inception and has held several leadership positions and contributed to the development of the company over more than two decades. He has his attributed footprint in establishing Customer service Department in EBS in 1999 which ensured by high satisfied and loyal Clients, and served as Customer Service Manager, Manager of Projects department and planning, Senior Plants Manager until he was appointed Deputy General Manager for operations in 2011, where he remained until he was promoted to General Manager in May 2019.
Joseph is overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, developing strategic plans, and communicating business goals.
Presently Joseph is leading a team across EBS responsible to deliver excellent results and achieve the highest operational standards across all areas of the business in strict adherence to the respective organizational structures and policies and in accordance with the company’s brand, product and service standards.
His Broad expanse of experience business management enables him to efficiently handle his divergent duties. His Key strengths lie in the ability to streamline and enhance operations so as to make business operations more efficient .Embracing the challenges his position brings, Joseph attributes his success to teamwork.
Joseph is a holder of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer from Saint Joseph University –Beirut – Lebanon. (Ecole Superieure d’ingenieurs de Beyrouth - ESIB ) where he was graduated in 1996.He is a member of Syndicate of Engineering of Beirut, Member in the American Society for civil Engineers (ASCE-USA) and Member in the international Association of Business Leaders (IABL-USA).

Mitri has more than 20 years experience in steel industry. After two years of experience in concrete construction sector, he started his career in EBS as a Design Engineer, where he contributed both to the daily engineering work as well as to the development of products and services offered by EBS. In structural design, he has handled the most complex structures encompassing power plants, steel and aluminum mills, high rise buildings exceeding 300 meters, just to name a few. He mastered most international codes, standards and software, and produced highly efficient designs using 3D analysis, composite design and dynamic analysis.
He assumed the responsibility of Engineering Manager in 2003; where he quickly shared his skills with his subordinates, and played a vital role in reorganizing and reinforcing the Engineering Department, making it to handle the most complex projects with highest quality, accuracy and efficiency.
From 2011 onwards, he took over the position of Deputy General Manager (Technical) - heading Engineering, Estimation and IT departments.
Mitri has B.E degree in Civil Engineering from Lebanese University, Beirut. He is a member of the Order of Engineers in Lebanon and a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE, USA).
Shaju has an impressive career record of Over twenty years in Corporate and Operational Finance in Contracting, Oil & Gas andManufacturing industries.
He is skilled in Business Planning, Management Information Systems (MIS) and has extensive experience in Treasury and working capital management.
Shaju holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.He is also a Certified Management Accountant, USA and also certified from Institute of Cost and Works Accountants.
Sally is an HR professional with 17+ years of experience in performing full spectrum of HR functions across manufacturing, building materials, F&B & Telecom industries.

M.S Saravana Bhavan has more than 20 years of experience in Design and detailing of steel structures. He has extensive exposure and experience in the fields of structural steel design of Hot rolled and pre-engineered buildings, commercial & industrial steel structures, composite designs, cold formed steel designs based on National and International design codes of practice.
He is skilled in various engineering design software like STAAD Pro, ETABS, Master series, Precision Plus, MBS Limcon, Mathcad, IDEA STATICA, Tekla and CAD.He has thorough Knowledge of International codes like AISC, EN, BS and IBC related to structural steel design.He joined Emirates Building System LLC as a Sr. Design Engineer in 2011. he has received recognition for his diligence and management skills through several promotions to his current position.
He promoted to position of Engineering supervisor and subsequently as Engineering Manager - heading Engineering department and has been involved in various landmark projects in the UAE.He holds M.E Degree-Structural Engineering from Anna University, Tamil Nadu, India.
He is a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE, USA). He is a member of Society of Engineers (UAE),He is Dubai Municipality certified G+12 steel construction and contracting Engineer.
Rawad has more than 12 years’ experience in the steel industry. During his tenure at EBS, he has been involved in various landmark projects in the UAE and worldwide.
He began his association with EBS in 2006 as an industrial engineer where has advanced through progressively more responsible positions in maintenance, planning, organization, increasing production output & assets capacity, assisting in directing and running optimum day to-day operations to meet project's requirements where he played a key role in minimizing production costs and maintaining current quality standards and on time delivery.
He was promoted to Plant Manager in July 2019, and he is presently leading an experienced team focusing on enhancing the plant efficiency by integrating the latest steel manufacturing technology and improving the overall performance while committing to the projects schedule and adhering to EBS high quality standards.
Rawad is a holder of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer from Lebanese University - Faculty of Engineering (ULFG II) - Beirut– Lebanon since 2006. He is a member of Syndicate of Engineering of Beirut since 2007.
Firas has a total of 17 years of extensive exposure and experience in the fields of project planning management, site erection, preparing schedules, Method statements, monitoring and controlling the erection works and attending weekly meeting with clients and assuring the quality of the erection work
He joined Emirates Building System LLC as a Senior Structural Engineer in 2002 heading a team of 3 engineers and 15 drafts men and from 2005 he took over the position of Project Manager(Steel Structures) - heading project department and has been involved in various landmark projects in GCC and other countries
Firas holds BS Degree in Civil Engineering from Beirut Arab University.
Binu has 20 plus year's experience in Supply Chain Function,handling procurement,Inventory shipping and logistics. He Competency includes vendor management, sourcing, cost management and control, negotiation and freight management.
He is skilled in managing internal supply chain process with business plans to ensure stocks availability to meet business goals. Apart from his degree in commerce,he is an ABS Certified Internal Auditor.
Sujith has over 18 years of industry experience in implementing and managing Quality Health, Safety and Environmental principles in oil and gas, Construction, energy, and utility sectors.
With much solid background and progressive experience in operations - production & projects, he has gained considerable experience in determining the Health Safety requirements to the grass root level, manage & lead with a proactive and dynamic approach.
Expertise in securing approvals from major clients through pre-qualification and third-party audits. Specialized in building and integrating multi-organizational and project QHSE teams, influencing project and contractor leadership, and passionately facilitating culture change through leading by example, employee engagement, and implementation of effective QHSE management systems.
His professional career spans over planning and execution of custom fabricated structural steel and architectural metal products for construction, utility sectors and specialized metal products for oil and gas and energy sectors. Exposure to products include fabrication and installation of heavy structural steel, standalone structures, canopies, pre-engineered building, stainless steel sculptures, specialized metal cladding and external envelopes, decorative metal structures, custom manufacture of special fasteners and alloys, exposure to repair and refurbishment of rotating equipment.
Sujith has an Associate diploma in Mechanical engineering and Masters in Business Administration Specialized in operations management. He is also a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) from BCSP USA and holds NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupation Health & safety Level 6 (IDipNEBOSH) and holds current LEEA Appointed person in Lifting certification (LEEA AP).
Raghu has over 17 years of job exposure in the construction industry business, his functions in the fields of Project execution, Quality assurance and Quality control in the Middle East and India.
His job exposure spanned through Fabrication, Erection, Training, Quality assurance and Quality control of Pressure Piping (Carbon steel, Alloy steel & Stainless steel), Pre Engineered Steel Buildings, and Steel Structure for Oil/Gas Industry. Additionally, he has also experienced in execution, Inspection & testing of Cross Country Pipe lines, and installation of equipments while working with other major organizations. Over the years he has been involved in the implementation of Quality management system ISO 9001 and Environmental management system ISO 14001.He has also experienced in conducting of Ist party and 2nd party Audit.
Raghu has a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and he is a Certified QMS Lead auditor, and he had gone through different courses in welding, painting, NDT and management skills.
Mohammad has a total of 15 years experience in construction projects and progressive experience in site project management for steel construction works. Site supervision, site fabrication works, and erection of steel frames and space frames for large scale onshore oil & gas projects, international airport, railway terminals also planning management, preparing schedules for erection Method statements, monitoring and controlling the erection works and attending daily and weekly meeting with clients and assuring the quality and progress of the erection work
He joined Emirates Building System LLC as a construction manager in 2009 heading a construction erection team from 2013 he took over the position of Project Manager(Steel Structures erection division ) - heading the projects out side UAE and inside UAE.
Mohammad holds an Architectural degree from ( BAU-Al Quds ).
